  • Our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Production generally takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

  • Please email shop@blueridgebiodiversity.org within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the problem. When the issue qualifies, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
